I started my career in Group Insurance working for a Third-Party Administrator in Ontario. Starting from the basics, I was given the opportunity to learn all aspects of group insurance — from processing claims to client service, to managing the underwriting department.

I saw firsthand how important group insurance is in making a positive difference in the lives of employees. I also learned the value of providing the same support and attention to all clients, no matter the size of the company.

This has shaped my approach as an Account Executive at Zagari+Simpson Group Insurance. I know that companies are busier than ever, so it is important to me that I am responsive to and supportive of my clients.

I work with Group Insurers on your behalf to make sure you have a sustainable group insurance plan and fair and competitive rates. I am also a resource you can turn to if you have questions or need assistance in managing your group insurance plan.

When I’m not busy with excel spreadsheets and group insurance contracts, I spend my time being as creative as possible with plants and in my garden.
